Their are some people who have to present themselves in national level body building competition, they can take some supplements as they have to show themselves bulky and they also go through medical checkup regularly. Apart from this they do workout for 6-7 hours per day which is not possible for a normal person to spend so much time in gym as they have their own job or other responsibilities. So its better not to take any kind of supplements.
