Today i came up with a few pro tips for gaining a good amount of muscle mass. This tips is for the really skinny guy who really wants to gain muscle mass.

Tip 1. Train Yourself For 1 hours Only: You must keep your workout program for 1 hour only, whatever program you are following. You should keep focusing only on the intensity of the workout, keep should keep your intensity high.Keep your rest periods 60-80 seconds and try not to talk with much with other gym members.
Tip 2. Eating Should Be A Habit: Eating should be a habit rather then an afterthought. You have a fast metabolism that digest foods quickly and burn more calories quickly.You should take at least 4-6 high calorie dense food through out the day at a time gap of 2-3 hours.This will supply calories to your body whole day long and help you gain muscle mass.
