5 Common mistakes you should avoid when trying to loose weight are given below:
1.Eating too much or too few calories: You must take a calorie deficit diet to lose weight means you need to burn more calories then you consume in whole day. Study says that decrease of 3,500 calories per week will result in 0.45kg of fat loss.

You may be consuming to many foods that are healthy but also high in calories, on the other hand, decreasing your calorie intake too much might be harmful for you.
2.Not exercising or exercising too much: During weight loss, you lose muscle and fat of your body, and the amount of weight loss depends on various factors.
If you don't exercise while taking low amount of calories during weight loss your muscle mass will reduce not fat and you will face decrease in metabolic rate.
