Here is a general meal plan of low carb diet:
You can eat: Meat of lamb, chicken, etc. Fish like salmon, trout etc. Eggs, Fruits like apple, orange, pears, blueberries, Nuts like almonds, walnut, etc. Milk, Butter, Yogurt, Dairy products, and foods containing healthy fats.
