Do We Really Need to take 'Low Fat' diet for weight loss??













⇒Yes, low fat diet is necessary for weight loss.😅

 One should take a diet which contains healthy fat, this will give you energy and also good for our body.
      Now a days people are eating very much junk food in their daily life in which huge amount of unhealthy fats are available, which is bed for our health and it leads to make us fat.

     You should also look for the total calories you take everyday, our body store extra calories as fat. So if you replace high-calorie food with high fat food you will gain weight rather then losing weight.


     To lose weight, You should burn more calories then you eat.
You can lose weight by doing exercise, running, swimming, cycling, etc,.

     Experts says that 20-35% energy of our body comes from fat, so you should take 20-35% of fat of your total calories. (for example: if you intake 2000 calories you should take 45 to 75 grams of fat).
   

     If you are looking for the low fat diet to lose weight, then you are at the right place.


 To lose weight you should take low fat food like foods which are coming from plants, such as whole grains, vegetables, nuts and fruits.
 You should eat moderate foods like meat, fish etc,. to control the basic need of fat in our body. You can also take low fat dairy products like low fat yogurt, low fat skim milk, low fat cheese etc,.

#Tips for Cooking(Low Fat Diet):
  • You should remove the visible fat from the poultry.(skin
  • You should try to cook food with oil as low as possible.
  • Don't fry foods.
  • Sprinkle some lemon juice, herbs, spices on cooked foods rather then using butter, cheese in it.

        Choose simply prepared foods like boiled, baked, roasted rather then the foods which is cooked with butter, cheese, you can also take low fat salad. 

        You must drink a sufficient amount of water daily, it will help you to flash out the unnecessary fat from your body.
