Today i came up with a list of foods that could be a good as well as healthy breakfast for Indian.

   10 healthy breakfast for Indian.


 1.Vegetable sandwich: It is a very good and healthy food for breakfast, it is easily available everywhere.

  












2.Egg-rolls: It is one of the best breakfast for Indian, it contains good amount of calories, carbs and protein which will give you energy whole day long.














3.Brown bread & Banana: The combination of this two food is very good for health, it contains a decent amount of calories, carbs and protein. It could be a good breakfast option for Indian.




















  4. Fruit salad: It is also a healthy option for breakfast, in fruit salad it contains all the essential vitamins and minerals needed for our body.







  












5.Egg bhurji: This is one of the healthiest breakfast for Indian, it contains a good amount of protein which very necessary for our body.










  



6.Parathas: This could be a good and healthy breakfast option for Indians, this is easily available everywhere.















7.Milk shake: It is very easy to prepare and healthy too, it could be a good option for breakfast.

















 8.Idli-Sambhar: This could be good breakfast option for the peoples of south India. This is very good and healthy option for breakfast.


















9.Dosa: This is also a good breakfast option for south Indian people. It is easily available there.





















10.Bread pakora: It is also a good breakfast option for every Indian, it is healthy and good for our body.
      











               





     Apart from all those dishes you can also take nuts, butter, cheese, almonds, yogurt, roti, avocado, oats, berry, etc. 

   *Before taking breakfast you should take at least  250-500 ml of water everyday, it is very important for our body, it keeps us hydrated and helps up to maintain our body temperature and good for our metabolism.
