      Now a days every one is concerned about his/her health. Many of them are going to Gym and want to take a proper diet.

     Most of the people are confused which foods are rich in protein and which are the foods that they should add into their diet. So today i came up with a list of some '
foods rich in protein'.

Almonds: It is one of the good source of protein.100 grams of almonds contains 550 calories, 21 gram of protein, 49 grams of healthy fat and 22 grams of carbohydrate. By taking almonds you can easily fulfil the requirement of protein.         
    Apart from almonds all other type of nuts contain good amount of protein.

Chicken breasts: This is one of the best high protein food. 100 gram of chicken contain 31 grams of protein. You can take this to fulfil the daily requirement of protein.

Oats: This one of the good source of proteins, as well a healthy source of fat and carbohydrate. This is also easily available in market. You can take this to fulfil the daily requirements of protein as well as carbohydrate and fat. 100 grams of oats contain 11 grams of protein, 45 grams of carbs and 6 grams of fat.
Cheese: This is also good source of protein.100 grams of cheese contains 25 grams of protein, 33 grams of fat, 1 gram of carbs.
