Common Muscle Building Mistakes.

Hey all muscle building freaks! If you are not getting result then you are doing mistakes. Today i will discuss some common muscle building mistakes.
Many of the people are going to gym for gaining muscle but they are not getting result because they are doing mistakes and they are not in proper routine.
If you are also not getting proper result and searching for the mistakes you are doing, then you are the right place. Today i came up with some common mistake to discuss that you are doing while building muscles.
Common Muscle Building Mistakes:
1. You are not eating enough: If you are not able to build muscle although you are working out for a few months and not getting result then you are not giving your body proper amount of food. You should take proper diet. If you go to gym daily and not giving your body a proper diet then going gym is useless. Measure your daily requirements of protein, carbs, fat and all other macro nutrients and add then in your diet, then you will get proper result.
2. You are not lifting heavy: If you are not doing the first mistake i.e you are taking proper diet but you are not able to build muscle then the reason might be you are not lifting heavy weight. If are trying to gain muscle then you should lift heavy weight. The routine should be in such a manner that you should lift heavy weight and doing less number of reps and also the number of sets should be less.
3. You are not doing this exercises: This are some of the compound exercises that you should do, this will help you to gain muscle. It might be the reason, you are not doing this exercises as a result you are not able to gain muscle.
*This does not mean you can't do other exercises along with all other exercises you should add this exercises so that you should get a good result.
Some effective compound exercises are:
i.Barbell back squat.
ii.Barbell deadlift.
iii.Barbell bench press.
iv.Barbell overhead press.
v.Barbell bent over row.
vi.Weight pull up.
4.You are not following a routine: This may be one of the cause that you are not getting proper result. If you are not following the routine on a daily basis then you are not going to get the result. You should follow a routine of workout and taking meals to get a good result. Muscle building is not so easy you should be dedicated to do that. Some of the people are going to gym for 2 or 3 months and they doesn't get result they stop going to gym, it should not be done, you should be regular to gym or any other workout routine you are following.
5.You are not tracking your progress: This might be one of the reason that you are not getting result. Most of the people are doing this mistake. Are you tracking that you are growing stronger??
well you are not tracking it. You should track your workout routine in a well manner.
#Tips to track your workout routine:
Track your number of reps and set you are performing with a particular amount of weight and then try for more weight and no. of reps and sets you are able to do in this way can able to understand if you getting stronger or not.
