Morning VS Evening Workout (best time to exercise to gain weight)
Morning Exercise: While most of the people think that
exercising in morning is very helpful, well its true but everything
have its own benefits. Most of the people does not prefer to
exercise in the morning as they are unable to getup early from
bed.Well exercising in morning have its own benefits. Exercising in
morning is good for cardio exercise, and it mainly help us to loose
weight as we are exercising in empty stomach, it helps us to burn
the body fat and helps to loose weight. Exercising in morning give
us a kick-start to our day, it improve our metabolism and help us to
stay fit and energetic whole day long. Exercising in morning also
have some drawbacks, in the morning our body temperature is at its
lowest so our muscles are not that flexible, and it increases the risk
of injuries. In the morning our energy level is low from normal so
we are unable to give our best during exercising.
So, if are not a person of getting early in the morning
don't get into the routine of exercising in the morning it will not be
beneficial to you.
Evening Workout: When it comes to performance during
workout lots of people prefers to exercise in the late afternoon or
early evening. Many studies says that performance is best in the
evening, this studies suggest that evening exercise is best for
muscle building. This is the best time for high intensity exercise
and heavy lifting. In the evening our body temperature is normal
muscles are flexible and it is ready to take stress. In the evening our
testosterone level is high which plays a great role in building
muscle and enhance our performance during workout.This is also a
good time for moderate cardio. When you are exercising your
muscle fibres are broken and if you are working out in the evening
after exercise you will go home and take rest, and after taking your
dinner you will go for sleep, during sleep your muscle fibres are
going to repair and help you to gain muscles.
According to me if you wants to gain weight/build muscle
evening exercise is the best, and if you wants to lose weight
exercise in morning. When ever you are exercising if you wants to
gain muscle you should have to take pre workout meal an post
workout meal, this will increase the calories and help you to gain
muscle.
