You should do 3-4 sets of every exercise and their should be 10-15 reps in each set.Take a rest of 40-80 seconds between every sets, and take 48 hours of rest between weight-training session so that your body can get a chance to repair body cells, fibres and tissues.
2.Follow A Healthy Diet: You should follow a diet that contains whole grains, low-fat, proper amount of fruits and vegetables so that every essential vitamins and minerals should be available in your diet, which will help you to build lean muscle mass.
Your diet must contain a proper amount of protein, carbohydrate as well.Every kilogram of your body needs 1.0 gram of protein.
3.Avoid Taking Low Calories: You should take a proper amount of calories to gain lean muscle mass. Surplus calories are required to gain muscles.
4.Take Adequate Rest: When you take rest your body repair the damaged tissue and cells which you have damaged during workout. When you snooze, growth hormone production takes place.
