Best time to eat oats:
If you eat oats in the breakfast it can help you to curb your hunger all day long, but it not going to beneficial for you as it would be if you take it in the morning. It would be better and most effective if you take oats before or after doing your workout as it is high in calories and rich in healthy fat, carbs and decent amount of protein. This can used as pre workout or post workout meal. When ever you do your workout in morning or evening you can consume it and it is going to benefit you. Some of the people want to take oats before going to bed but it is not going to be very much beneficial for you.
