Weight Gain Meal Plan On a Budget.

Hi everyone!
Here i came up with a most common problem of the people those who want to get a good body and those who want to build body. But they are running out of their budget. Most of the people are from middle class family and they are unable to spend lots of money in their diet. Most of the people are looking for a budget meal plan to build a good body.
So, here i will discuss about "Weight gain meal plan on a budget."
This meal plan will cost you around Rs- 5000-6000. per month.
If you want to gain weight, make a good body then you have to spend a little bit of money. This is also a kind of investment you have to spend money on it.
Meal 1: Brown bread 4 pieces, 2 table spoon peanut butter (30-35 grams), 2 banana, 4-6 almonds, 3-4 dates, 1 whole egg, 1-3 egg whites, 20-30 gram of resins.
Meal 2: Brown rice (250 grams), chicken breast (100-150 grams), paneer (40-60 grams), soya beans (50-100 grams), salad (50-100 grams), 2-4 egg whites, tofu (100 grams), sprouts (50-100 grams).
Meal 3: Low fat milk (250-300 ml), you can add some health drink like horlicks, boost, bournvita, complan, etc., 2 pieces wheat bread, peanut butter (20-25 grams), 8-10 almonds, 2 banana, 4-6 dates, oats (50-60 grams).
Meal 4: 3-4 Chapatis, 1 whole egg, 2-4 egg whites, chicken breast (100 grams), salad (50-100 grams), dal, some green vegetables.
Meal 5: Toned milk (200 ml), 1 banana, 10-15 grams nuts, 2 bread.
All this meals contains 2800-3200 calories. In the above list i have mentioned all the cheap and good quality food items.You can choose the food items according to your choice and availability.
