Today i came up with a weight gain plan for female.
Many females are searching for a proper diet plan for gaining weight gain. So today i came with solution of their problem.
Weight Gain Diet For Female:
Principle Of Weight Gain: You must add surplus calories in your diet in order to gain healthy weight.A adult female requires 1600 - 2400 calories every day.You need 500 to 800 surplus calories for gaining 1-2 pounds per week. So a adult female need to take 2100-3000 calories every day to gain a healthy weight.
You should keep tracking your meals so that you can keep a track in your goals.
Breakfast: Wake up and have a healthy breakfast. Include a cup of Oatmeal, low fat milk, almonds, 2 wheat breads, raisins in your morning breakfast. In this meal you will get 400-500 calories. By taking this meal you can start your journey towards your goals in a healthy manner.
Lunch: In lunch you can add 250-300grams of brown rice, chicken/paneer, egg, fish, low-fat yogurt, curd or any other high calorie food you want to add. Make sure you must take a calorie dense food in the lunch. After taking lunch (1-2 hours later) try to take a small meal of 200-300 calories, this will help you to add on some more calories in your diet. In this small meal you can take fruits, may be they are low in calories but rich in nutrients. This will help you to stay healthy. In this small meal you can add whole wheat bread, nuts, salad, some dark chocolate, peanut butter, etc.
Dinner: In dinner you can consume beans, egg white, cheese, chapatis, tofu, salad, sweet potato, sprouts, etc.
After taking dinner before going to bed you may take a glass low-fat milk.
