How to Improve your Posture?

Hey everyone!
Today i will discuss about the posture of your body and if you are having a bad posture then how can you improve your body posture.
Posture: Body posture is a important thing of an individual, it reflects the personality of a person. Body posture plays a important role in personality development. So, always try to maintain a good body posture.
How to Improve your Posture?
Tips to improve body posture:
1.When you are seating in a chair make your back straight and head facing forward, your hip and knees must be in 90 degree angel and feet placed flat in the ground.
2.If you are seating for a long period of time then you can support your lower back in the chair.
3.If your work is be seated whole day and work in front of computer then you must take small breaks every 2 hour.
4.While driving make sure seat of your car is in proper posture for you and safe for driving.
5.While walking make your back straight, head facing forward and make your chest a little bit forward.
6.To make your body posture good you can do some exercises, cardio, yoga and some stretching exercises.
