Benefits of Cardio!

Hey!
Today i will discuss about the different benefits of cardio.
Most of the people those who do workout they doesn't do or rarely do cardio. Most of the people does not know the benefit of cardio and they are skipping it, but cardio has many advantages.
Benefits of Cardio:
Increased cardiac muscle strength
Improved cholesterol
Stress reduction
Reduced blood pressure and
Improved sleep self - esteem
Cardio benefits include increasing the VO2 max increasing stroke volume (the blood volume pumped from one ventricle of the heart with each beat) and increasing the oxidative capacity of a muscle.Another benefit of cardio exercise is a decrease in the rate of rest of the heart and a decrease in your heart rate during exercise. Basically, cardio increases your cardiac output by strengthening your heart and lungs and muscles to make your workouts more efficient.
While I admit that the stroke volume, VO2 max and the oxidative capacity of a muscle are lofty terms you may not have heard of, I am sure you will appreciate some everyday benefits of cardio:
Increased bone density, decreased stress and anxiety, decreased risk of heart disease and some cancers, better sleep, more energy, higher levels of confidence, lower cholesterol and yes, the latter is obvious, cardio is a great assistant in weight loss. So make sure you get your 30 minutes five to seven days.
Hope this was helpful for you.
