Some people know the importance of cardio but they are little bit confused How many times a week they should do Cardio? So, today i will discuss how many times you should do cardio in a week?
Cardio is as important as exercise for building body/muscle gain/weight loss or to stay fit. Everyone must add cardio exercise in their workout routine.
According to research a moderate cardio of 20 minute per day for at least 4 to 5 days per week is very good for your health. If you are doing intensive strength training then you should do cardio for 30 minute for at least 2 to 3 days per week. It will prevent you from any kind of injuries during strength gaining exercise and make your body flexible.
