1.Bar Hanging: Gravity effects your height by compressing your spine and joints, this squeeze your cartilage and give you a shorter appearance. When you hang a vertical bar your spine get stretched, so you can increase your to some extent by hanging vertical bars.

4.Pilate Roll Over: This helps in stretching your spine and helps to gain some length of your upper body. It also stretches, lengthens and strengthen the vertebrae of your neck.
5.Forward Bend: This is a very well- known exercise used to increase height. It also helps to stretch spine and cartilage.
6.Spot Jump: This exercise help to make your all over body flexible and helps to strengthen the muscles and bones.
7.Swimming: This is one of the best exercise to increase height. When you do swimming your over all body becomes flexible and helps to increase height.
8.Two Straight Legs Up: This also helps to make your body flexible and mainly targeting the lower back area for strengthening.
